Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

Being back in St. Louis means back to basics. And by basics I mean general baking, none of that molecular chemistry we try to experiment with. I used this recipe but substituted this frosting because the chocolate swiss meringue required WAY too much butter. These were for a labor day bbq and because so many people were coming (and a few were making desserts) I knew cupcakes would be everywhere, so it was worth finding a recipe that really stood out among the rest. And surprise: there's a Rolo baked into the middle!
